City Slicker!

Yes, I'm a suburban nerd. But that's not stopping The Philosophress and I from getting our autumn on! She has some free time during fall break, and I have sick days that won't carry over past 12/31, so *cough cough* it looks like I'll be needing to take a day off of work...so I can fly to North Carolina where we'll drive for three hours to spend two nights in the middle of nowhere.

This is the type of adventure I can dig (and I'm totally serious). Rustic cabin in the middle of the forest, hot tub (of course!), streams, waterfalls, changing leaves, and no concrete jungle. Of course we might be doing more reading than hiking, camping, or hunting Sasquatch, but so much the better. More to come...
